We provide an emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for our clients. During our normal opening hours we provide this service ourselves at the clinic so that we have full access to your cat’s clinical records and you are seen by the veterinary staff you are familiar with. If you are not a registered client we will try and help you, at our discretion, in the event of an emergency.
Outside of our normal opening hours our emergency service is provided by Ribble Vets in Penwortham, near Preston. Ribble Vets Hospital is an RCVS accredited practice and has access to your cat’s clinical records, enabling them to provide emergency treatment or advice.

Please note that an additional fee is charged for a call-out of the vet. You will be advised the approximate cost either through the phone message or by the vet. If your cat is insured you will normally be covered for these additional costs, but it is your responsibility to make sure of this. We do not undertake direct claims with insurance companies so please ensure you have the funds to cover payment of the treatment you agree to.
